Hanna Rose Morguelan is a licensed massage therapist
specializing in therapeutic massage, deep tissue work and cupping therapy.
Hello, my name is Hanna Morguelan. It all started a few years ago when I decided to be a massage therapist. I attended Bluegrass Professional Massage school in Lexington Kentucky and received my license in 2021. I specialize in deep tissue and therapeutic massage. I personalize my massages based on your wellness needs.
I wanted to do something that could make a difference in someone’s life. To also help people by making them understand feeling better is possible. I will always be that therapist that listens to all your needs to make sure you get the best care possible that I can offer. One thing I have learned along the way is, if you give people the best care then they will get the best results.

There are several types of massage therapy methods, each with their own unique benefits.
A gentle full-body massage designed to help release muscle knots - a good choice for when you want to fully relax during a massage.
A focused massage for injury to a muscle from repetitive use such as what you may get from playing a sport.
Deep tissue massage uses more pressure than a therapeutic massage -reaching the deepest layers of your muscles and connective tissues.
A technique that uses cups placed over the skin to create negative pressure through suction - good for circulation and can be used for reduction in scarring and stretch marks .
What should I wear?
Whatever you wear is up to you. The goal for your massage is your wellness, comfort, and satisfaction. Any level of disrobing is acceptable - communication is the key! To achieve uninterrupted strokes during the massage, you make choose to fully disrobe. Your private areas will remain covered by the sheets at all times on the massage table for the duration of your session and only the body part being worked on will be undraped.
How many visits will I need?
Generally speaking, one time a month is good for optimal health and maintenance. However, if you are dealing with acute pain, more visits may be desired.
When should I schedule a massage?
Overall, massage promotes health, so any time for a massage is good, not just waiting until you are in pain. However, as soon as you feel restriction in your movement, it would be advisable to seek care - waiting can compound the problem.
